ABOUT

The people behind the systems

A small, senior team that designs Notion & Automation systems teams actually adopt, and stays close enough to make sure they stick.

We kept walking into the same business.

Eight tools, none of them talking. A spreadsheet that was quietly the real source of truth. A form someone re-typed into a CRM every morning. Status updates living in DMs, and one person in the middle holding it together by memory.

Nobody chose that. It accumulated. Every new tool solved one problem and added others, until the team became the integration layer, copying and pasting and chasing and reminding. The work of running the business had grown bigger than the business itself.

So we stopped treating it as a software problem. A company in that state doesn’t need another app. It needs one place where work actually lives, and machines handling every step a person shouldn’t be doing twice. Systems people run on a Tuesday afternoon, not ones that look good in a demo.

That’s the whole job. Structure first, in Notion: one source of truth a team will trust and a new hire can read on day one. Then the seams close with Make, n8n, and AI agents, so forms land where they belong, updates write themselves, and handoffs stop depending on someone remembering.

Over +350 clients and 19,000 hours, that’s meant an operating system a VC firm runs its deals on, a knowledge base a marketing agency onboards into, and a lead pipeline that stopped being someone’s morning re-typing job.

Today we’re a small senior team. Two of us think in structure, two live in automation, and all three of us build. No account managers, no hand-offs to juniors. You work directly with the people building your system, and we only take on work we know we can make genuinely better.
