Short version
Digital templates are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the access link has been made available to you. Consulting sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If something is broken, or you cannot access what you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital templates: why they are non-refundable
Our Notion and Framer templates are digital products delivered immediately. The moment you reach the confirmation page you have the access link and can copy the full template into your own workspace. There is nothing to return, and no way for us to withdraw what has already been copied. For that reason, all sales of digital templates are final once the access link has been made available to you.
2. Your consent at checkout
Because delivery is immediate, at checkout you agree to our Terms of Service and you expressly ask us to begin delivery straight away. Where the law of your country gives consumers a cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that by asking for immediate delivery you lose that right once delivery begins.
3. When we will still refund you
We will issue a full refund if you never received access, meaning the confirmation page failed, the link did not work, or the template would not duplicate, and we cannot fix it for you. We will also refund you if you were charged more than once for the same product, or if the template is materially not as described, meaning a feature we advertised is genuinely missing or does not work and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time. We will normally offer to fix the problem first, by resending your link, repairing the template, or walking you through the duplicate step. Most access problems are solved in a few minutes.
4. What is not a reason for a refund
Changing your mind, or buying by mistake. Buying the wrong template, or one you already owned. Not having time to use it, or deciding you do not need it. Expecting different features, where the product page described what was actually delivered. Not wanting to create a free Notion or Framer account. Finding the template too simple, too detailed, or not to your taste.
5. How to request a refund
If one of the situations in section 3 applies to you, email imene@thedigicrafters.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout, the name of the product, and what went wrong. The 14 day window applies to those situations, not to purchases generally. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Consulting sessions: rescheduling and cancellation
More than 24 hours before the session, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge, and a cancellation is refunded in full. Less than 24 hours before the session, the session fee is non-refundable, because the time has been reserved for you and can no longer be filled. You may reschedule once, at our discretion. If you do not attend and give us no notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
7. If we cancel a session
If we have to cancel or reschedule a session, you choose: a new time at no extra cost, or a full refund. Prepaid sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
8. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, please email us before contacting your bank. We would much rather fix it directly, and we can usually do it faster than a dispute can be processed. Opening a chargeback for a template you have already copied into your workspace, where the product worked as described, is treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. We will respond to the dispute with evidence of delivery and of your acceptance of this policy at checkout.
