The Digicrafters LLC · Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Effective: July 31, 2026
The short version
We are a two-person consulting practice, not an advertising business. We collect the minimum we need to answer your inquiry, hold a consultation, deliver a project, and send a newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.
The full detail is below.
1. Who we are
The Digicrafters LLC (“The Digicrafters,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company providing Notion workspace design, systems consulting, and workflow automation services.
Mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Email: imene@thedigicrafters.com. Phone: +1 (307) 303-5752.
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, The Digicrafters LLC is the data controller for personal data described in this policy.
2. Information you give us directly
Contact form. When you submit the inquiry form on our site, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We use this only to respond to you and to assess whether we are a fit for your project.
Newsletter signup. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, where the form asks for it, your first name. Your subscription is managed by our email platform, Notion Forms. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Booking a consultation. Our booking page uses Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. When you book, Google collects the name, email address, and any answers you provide in the booking form, and passes them to us so we can hold the call. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Direct correspondence. If you email, call, or message us on LinkedIn or YouTube, we keep that correspondence so we have a record of the conversation.
3. Information collected automatically
Hosting and server logs. Our site is built and hosted on Framer. Framer’s servers process technical information necessary to deliver the site to you, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. Framer’s built-in site analytics reports aggregate visit data to us and does not identify you individually. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other advertising or cross-site tracking technology on this site.
4. Cookies and embedded content
We use cookies and similar technologies only where they are necessary for the site to function, and where third-party content is embedded. Framer provides site delivery, security, and aggregate analytics through strictly necessary and cookieless analytics. YouTube may set cookies when the client testimonial video loads or plays. Google Calendar may set cookies when the appointment booking widget loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies from Google will prevent the booking widget and embedded video from working correctly, but the rest of the site will function normally.
5. Client and project information
If you become a client, we will access information inside your own tools during an engagement. This can include your Notion workspace, connected apps, automation platforms such as Make.com or n8n, and any documents or records you share with us so we can build or audit your systems. We treat that information as confidential. We access it only to perform the work you have engaged us for, we do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with anyone outside our practice except where a subcontractor is expressly agreed with you in writing and bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. Your engagement agreement governs ownership of deliverables, retention of workspace access after the project ends, and how access is revoked. If you want access removed at any point, tell us and we will remove ourselves from your workspace.
6. Why we process your information, and our legal basis
We answer your inquiry to respond to a request you made, as steps prior to entering a contract. We hold consultations and deliver projects to perform our services under a contract. We send the newsletter because you asked to receive it, based on consent that you can withdraw at any time. We keep the site secure and working to prevent abuse and diagnose faults under our legitimate interests. We keep business and tax records to meet US legal obligations.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes described above: Framer for website hosting and delivery; Google for business email, calendar and appointment booking, and embedded video; Google & Notion for newsletter delivery; our accountant and, where required, legal advisors; and payment and banking providers where you pay us for services. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
8. How long we keep it
Contact form inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. Client records, contracts, and invoices are kept for at least 7 years to meet US tax and record-keeping requirements. Client workspace access is removed at the end of the engagement, or earlier on request. Server logs follow Framer’s retention schedule.
9. Your rights
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, request a copy, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent.
To make a request, email imene@thedigicrafters.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity using details we already hold and respond within 45 days. If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Everyone else may write to us and we will honor the same requests regardless of where you live.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US. Where required, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
11. Children
Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use reputable providers, multi-factor authentication on our business accounts, and access controls limited to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, for example if we add an analytics or advertising tool, we will say so clearly on this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
